| 3. | A Tree Preservation Order has been sought for the tree(s) included within this notification. The Order prohibits the cutting down, topping, lopping, uprooting, wilful damage, and wilful destruction of the above and below ground structure of trees without the local planning authority's written consent. Any further works will require a formal works to TPO tree application to be submitted to the local planning authority. Works undertaken without the express written consent of the local planning authority will be in contravention of the order and enforcement action will apply, subject to exemptions. |
