1.Dead wooding Horse Chestnut T2(T1 on Havering's TPO 39/91)
2.Where there is deadwood with in the canopy of the tree, there is no requirement to gain permission to remove this, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove deadwood from the Horse Chestnut tree T2 (T1), Ash Tree T4 (T2) this a dead tree and does not require permission to fell. The following trees below are not covered under the Order 39/91, so do not require permission for works to be completed on them and this location is not situated in a Conservation Area either. 3.It is recommended that the Horse Chestnut tree T1 can be reduduced by up to 2m so as to clear the flats and Ash tree T2 of TPO can be removed as it is dead.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
5.Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the Ash tree for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the tree.
