| 1. | It is recommended that the trees listed below as identified on Haverings TPO 7/90 can be pruned as follows,
T7 - Ash Reduce back selected branches by 2 metres to fence line and crown lift to approximately 4/5m due to excess shade in garden area.
T9 - Ash Reduce back selective branches to source by approximately 3/4m to fence line as discussed and lift crown to approximately 4/5 due to excess shade in garden area.
T10 - Sycamore Reduce back selective branches by approximately 3/4m to source and crown lift to approximately 5m as discussed due to excessive shade in garden area. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
