| 1. | The Oak tree that is been identified in the application sits with in the boundary of the rear garden of 3 The Witherings and is to the right hand flank of 1 The Witherings, as Identified on Havering's TPO plan 1/68 and identified as area A1 whatever trees are with in broken dotted line on the plan, the Oak tree can be overall crown reduced by up to 2m to previous pruning points, to include reducing the overhang to 1 The Witherings to give a clearance of 3m, and crown thinned by 10%. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
