1.The small tree next to the barrier in the car park.
2.The small Sorbus tree next to the barrier in the car park may be felled as this is not covered by a TPO and the authority have no objection to its removal. This is covered as a notification of intention to fell this Sorbus tree.
3.It is recommended that the Lime tree's shown as TI and T2 on the plan of TPO 26/94 tree may be crown reduced by up to 2m, and crown thinned 10%. The Lime tree identified as T1 on TPO plan 37/90 may be overall crown reduced by up to 3m to previous pruning points and crown thinned 10%.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
7.The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above trees you will need to obtain our further consent.
