| 2. | The small Sorbus tree next to the barrier in the car park may be felled as this is not covered by a TPO and the authority have no objection to its removal. This is covered as a notification of intention to fell this Sorbus tree. |
| 3. | It is recommended that the Lime tree's shown as TI and T2 on the plan of TPO 26/94 tree may be crown reduced by up to 2m, and crown thinned 10%. The Lime tree identified as T1 on TPO plan 37/90 may be overall crown reduced by up to 3m to previous pruning points and crown thinned 10%. |
