1.It is recommended that this Lime tree standing in the rear garden of 14 Bradwell Close as Identified on the Havering TPO plan 16/64, can have the branches reduced from 16 Bradwell Close up to and not beyond the boundary fence of 14 Bradwell Close.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
3.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
4.It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date).
5.You are within your rights to cut back any branches overhanging your property up to the boundary line (but no further), as long as the person cutting these back does not climb the neighbours tree to do so, unless they have consent to do so from the owner, the tree should not left unbalanced or in a dangerous condition. We must also advise you that you will be liable if you leave the tree in a dangerous condition and the tree becomes unstable and / or causes damage to persons or property. All arising's must be offered back to the owner, unless they specify that the branches can be disposed alternatively.
