1.The Holly tree that stands to the right hand flank of 13 Reedpond Walk can be removed as this tree has being previously pruned in a bid to rejuvenate it, the Holly tree is still loosing leaves and the new growth as a result of the previous pruning is stunted and not in line with expectations of new growth that would expected to see with in two years of this work being carried out, the remaining canopy is still losing leaves and there is no signs of new leaves.
2.Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work.
3.You should comply with British Standard No. 3998 'Recommendations for Tree Work' a copy of which can be inspected at this office. You are advised that the work should be undertaken by a competent and suitably qualified tree contractor.
