| 1. | It is recommended that this Poplar tree T15 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 26/84 can have the roots that are lifting the paving slabs to the entrance to the block 6 - 10 Bowers severed to allow the paving to be re-laid to negate trip hazard. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
