It is identified as being specified by area A1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 25/90, can be crown reduced by up to 2m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced, crown lifted up to 4m and the overhang to 17 Westland Avenue reduced by up to 2m. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
