| 1. | It is recommended that this Cedar tree T10 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 41/90 can be crown reduced by up to and no more than 3m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced and thinned by 10% as part of the pruning process. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
