| 1. | Sycamore tree shown as T1 on TPO 9/95 adjacent to swimming pool close to the rear of the house, can be crown reduced by a maximum of 3m to previous pruning points.
The two Sycamore trees along the rear fence are not TPO'd but are in a the Gidea Park Conservation Area as is the large Beech on the left hand side of the garden boundary line these three trees can be crown reduced by 30%. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
