1.It is recommended that these four pollard Lime trees as identified in the Arboricultural Report, and being part of group G2 of TPO 35/74 can be felled.
2.That the four pollard Lime trees for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by Limes Tilia spp, heavy-standard container grown, 12-14 cm girth, to replace the felled pollard Lime trees, that stand to the left hand side of the car park of Watermans, First Point Retirement Property Services, and to be completed within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original Lime tree's Failure to plant the replacement trees as required can lead to enforcement action. THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREES CAN BE INSPECTED.
3.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
