| 1. | It is recommended that the three trees that stand within the grounds of 2 bowers Ayloffs Walk and identified on Havering's TPO plan 26/84 can be pruned as follows;
G3 - Horse Chestnut Crown lift to 3m and reduce by 1m to re-balance the crown and away from the passing traffic.
T9 - Oak Crown reduction by 2m due to close proximity to building and excessive shade to side communal area.
T10 - Oak Crown reduction by 2m close proximity to building due to excessive shade to rear communal areas. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
