The Oak tree which sits adjacent to the left hand side of the driveway to the Nursing home is approximately 10m from the south-west corner, the two sycamores are to the the south-east of the building approximately 8m in the woodland and the broken hung up branch is approximately 5m from the southern flank of the building. It is identified as being woodland area A1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 02/88 The failed branch and the three trees as detailed above can be felled.
2.	The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
