| 1. | It is recommended that the Leylandii trees overhanging from 22 Heath Drive, can be cut back to the boundary. The Ivy clad Leylandii which on the left hand flank, can be crown reduced by 30% and the overhang to the property cut back from roof.
Eucalyptus tree in centre of garden and the one in 15 Broadway can be overall crown reduced by 30%. At the bottom of the garden there are two semi-mature oak trees that can have any significant dead wood removed from them.
The three cedar trees to front left hand side can be crown reduced by 20% and the overhang to the two properties reduced. |
| 2. | It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date). |
