1.To remove Oak tree in the right hand side of the rear garden of 31 Elmhurst Drive, overhanging the garden of 28 Harrow Drive, identified as T1 on Havering's TPO 15/04.
2.There is a previous application, that the owners at 31 Elmhurst Drive have submitted for pruning works and was granted T0047.18 issued 22/6/18 to carry out works as below; It is recommended that this Oak tree T1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 15/04 can be crown reduced by up to 3m over the garden in Harrow Drive, from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced, crown lifted up to 4m, the remaining canopy to be sympathetically reduced to maintain shape and form of the tree. It is recommended that the above works are carried out to alleviate the overhang and dead wood over the garden of 28 Harrow Drive before consideration is given for this tree's removal.
3.The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree you will need to obtain our further consent.
