| 3. | That the tree for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by a Copper beech, as a heavy standard, container grown, to be planted in the curtilage to the left of the existing Copper beech tree T4 of TPO 9/74, within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original tree. Failure to plant the replacement tree as required can lead to enforcement action.
THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED.
