1.The Copper beech tree that is the subject of this application, stands to the right hand side of the front curtilage of 4 Elm Grove. It is shown as tree T4 on the plan of Havering's TPO 9/74, can be felled and the stump ground out.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
3.That the tree for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by a Copper beech, as a heavy standard, container grown, to be planted in the curtilage to the left of the existing Copper beech tree T4 of TPO 9/74, within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original tree. Failure to plant the replacement tree as required can lead to enforcement action. THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED. Reason: In the interests of public amenity and to enable the Council to update its records.
