1. | The Arboricultural Officer is of the opinion that the works as identified below regarding the TPO 21/91 will not be detrimental to the health of the trees at the location 78a - 80b Station Lane;
T1:Sycamore - Crown reduce 3m.
T2 - T6: 5 x Limes - Crown reduce by 3m, crown lift to 3m remove basal & epicormic growth.
T8 - T10: 2 x Sycamore - Crown reduce by 3m, crown lift to 3m & remove basal & epicormic growth.
T8: Robinia - Crown reduce by 3m and crown lift to 3m. |
2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
5. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree[s] you will need to obtain our further consent. |
