| 1. | It is recommended that the trees in the application proposal at The Harrow, 130 Hornchurch Road, TPO 3/92 can be carried out as follows,
Sycamore TPO T1 (BCTS T7) - crown raise and cut back to give statutory clearance over footpath and road.
Corsican Pine TPO T3 (BCTS T6) - crown raise and cut back to give statutory clearance over footpath and road, clear growth from around street lamp, remove dead wood.
Lime TPO G1 (BCTS T13) - raise crown to remove low growth encroaching over petrol station forecourt.
