| 1. | It is recommended that these three sycamore trees that stand in the grounds of 9 The Witherings and are identified as being A1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 1/68, can be pruned as follows; the Sycamore tree to the front, can be crown reduced by up to 2m, the Sycamore tree that is in the rear garden adjacent the property can be crown reduced by up to 3m and crown thinned by 10%, to allow more light to the lawn, the Sycamore that sits in the far left hand corner of the rear garden can be pruned by up to 2m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.

To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
