| 1. | It is recommended that this Magnolia tree and Holly tree that are situated to the front of 11 Meadway, which is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area, the Magnolia tree is on the right hand side in the front garden, and the Holly tree is situated in the access path adjacent to 11 Meadway, Which is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area, both of these trees may be overall crown reduced by up to 30%. |
| 2. | It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date). |
