| 3. | That Lawson cypress trees for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced as follows,
T1, Lawson cypress replaced by Tilia cordata 'Rancho'
T2, Lawson cypress replaced by Quercus robur 'Fastigiata Kosta'
T3, Lawson cypress replaced by Acer campestre 'Louisa Red Shine'
These should be, heavy-standard root balled, minimum 12-14 cm girth, to replace the felled Lawson cypress T1, T2 and T3, on the frontage of 15 Elm Grove, to be completed within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original trees. Failure to plant the replacement trees as required can lead to enforcement action.
THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED.
