1.It is recommended that these trees Lawson cypress T1, T2, and T3 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 14/94 can be felled and replaced with suitable native species species.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
3.That Lawson cypress trees for which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced as follows, T1, Lawson cypress replaced by Tilia cordata 'Rancho' T2, Lawson cypress replaced by Quercus robur 'Fastigiata Kosta' T3, Lawson cypress replaced by Acer campestre 'Louisa Red Shine' These should be, heavy-standard root balled, minimum 12-14 cm girth, to replace the felled Lawson cypress T1, T2 and T3, on the frontage of 15 Elm Grove, to be completed within the first available planting season (November to March) following the removal of the original trees. Failure to plant the replacement trees as required can lead to enforcement action. THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED. Reason: In the interests of public amenity and to enable the Council to update its records.
4.Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work.
