1.T1 - pine - reduce spread from neighbouring drive - to prevent further damage to vehicles from falling cones/failing limbs.
2.T1 - pine on application, this blue cedar tree is not listed on Havering's TPO 19/71 2/03, there is no requirement to gain permission to prune this tree, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to be carried out to this tree.
3.It is recommended that this Cedar of Lebanon tree T2 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 2/03 can be crown reduced by up to the boundary line of 286 Main Road to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
7.You are within your rights to cut back any branches overhanging your property up to the boundary line (but no further), as long as the person cutting these back, does not climb the tree without permission and the tree is not left unbalanced or in a dangerous condition. All arising's must be offered back to the owner prior to disposal. We must also advise that you could be liable if they leave the tree in a dangerous condition and the tree becomes unstable and/ or causes damage to persons or property.
