| 1. | It is recommended that these two trees which are situated to the rear of 2, and 4 Elm Walk and is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area, T1 Monterey Pine is situated in the right hand rear garden of 4 Elm Walk on the boundary with 2 Elm Walk. T2 is to the left hand side of the rear lawn of 2 Elm Walk, can be pruned as follows;
T1 Monterey pine (neighbours) High crown lift by removing 2x lower limbs on this side and reduce all other branches on this side by up to 2m .
T2 Blue Atlas Cedar Crown reduce by up to 2m and re-shape. |
| 2. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above trees you will need to obtain our further consent. |
| 3. | Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work. |
| 4. | You should comply with British Standard No. 3998 'Recommendations for Tree Work' a copy of which can be inspected at this office. You are advised that the work should be undertaken by a competent and suitably qualified tree contractor. |
| 5. | The Monterey PineT1 situated in the garden 4 Elm Walk, this can only be pruned to the boundary unless the owner gives permission for this tree to have the branches taken back to the stem. |
