1.It is recommended that these two trees which are situated to the rear of 2, and 4 Elm Walk and is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area, T1 Monterey Pine is situated in the right hand rear garden of 4 Elm Walk on the boundary with 2 Elm Walk. T2 is to the left hand side of the rear lawn of 2 Elm Walk, can be pruned as follows; T1 Monterey pine (neighbours) High crown lift by removing 2x lower limbs on this side and reduce all other branches on this side by up to 2m . T2 Blue Atlas Cedar Crown reduce by up to 2m and re-shape.
2.The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above trees you will need to obtain our further consent.
3.Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work.
4.You should comply with British Standard No. 3998 'Recommendations for Tree Work' a copy of which can be inspected at this office. You are advised that the work should be undertaken by a competent and suitably qualified tree contractor.
5.The Monterey PineT1 situated in the garden 4 Elm Walk, this can only be pruned to the boundary unless the owner gives permission for this tree to have the branches taken back to the stem.
