| 1. | It is recommended that the following works to the trees as identified on Havering's TPO 2/89 and shown as specified area A3, can have the following works completed.
Sycamore T1 - Located in premises of Peter Neal Electronics - limbs overhanging and blocking fire exit of Johal and Company - It is proposed to reduce overhanging limbs by 2.0 - 2.5m back to boundary.
Sycamore T2 _ This is a self-seeded specimen which is overhanging fire exit and encroaching on building. It is proposed to fell this tree. Ash T3 - Overhanging car park, causing obstruction and mess on cars, proposal to fell this tree, this is a self-seeded tree. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
