| 1. | It is recommended that these Oak treesT127, T128 and T129 on the plan of Havering's TPO 25/72 can be overall crown reduced by up to 1m from the tip to previous pruning points, to leave the three Oak tree's balanced. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
