| 1. | It is recommended that this Oak tree that is situated centrally to the rear garden of 59 Crossways, to the right hand side of the shed, and is within the Gidea Park Conservation Area, may have the overhang to the lawn area reduced by 30% and the remaining crown crown thinned by 10% to maintain the trees shape and leave it balanced. |
| 2. | The six week evaluation period has expired, and the Arboricultural Officer has reviewed this request for these works and does not consider that this tree meets the criteria for protecting the tree with a tree preservation order. |
| 3. | It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date). |
| 4. | Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work. |
