| 1. | It is recommended that these Oak trees T18, T17 and Ash tree T11 of TPO 08/91 can have their crowns reduced by up to 2m adjacent to the flats, from the branch tips to an inter-nodal branch break. |

| 3. | It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date). |
