| 1. | It is recommended that these two Conifer trees to the rear of the outhouse at 2 Freeman Way, identified as part of the group G1 on Haverings TPO plan 10/97 can be felled to ground level. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
| 3. | Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the tree for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the two Conifer trees. |
