1.The trees that subject to this application are situated to the grounds of 50 Heath Drive which is within the Gidea Park Conservation Zone, to the front garden there is a Leylandii adjacent to the right hand side of the property this can be crown reduced by 30% and over hang cut back from the property. Centrally in the lawn area there is a Tree of Heaven this can be crown reduced by 30% and cut back overhang to the property at 51 Heath Drive. To the right hand flank on the boundary of 51 Heath Drive there is a Prunus this is is decline and has Cushion fungus brackets and should be felled, the mixed hedgerow in the rear garden of 51 and growing over to 50 Heath Drive, which consists of deciduous trees and a Monterey cypress can have the overhang cut back, and the Monteray cypress can be tipped to retain live green wood, dead wooded and thinned by up to 10%, to the rear of the garage there is a Leylandii that can be crown reduced up to 30%.
2.It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date).
3.The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above tree[s] you will need to obtain our further consent.
