1.T4-5 Poplars, cut-back overhanging branches from Aardvark boundary fence line by up to 2m from boundary fence and deadwood. T6 Poplar, fell dead Poplar.
2.Where there is deadwood with in the canopy of the tree, or felling of dead trees, there is no requirement to gain permission to carry out this work, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove deadwood from the T4-5 Poplar trees and fell T6 dead Poplar.
3.It is recommended that the following works can be carried out, T1-3 Poplars, cut-back overhang from First Steps fence by no more than 3m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch. T4-5 Poplars, cut-back overhanging branches from Aardvark boundary fence line by up to 2m from boundary fence.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
