| 1. | The Tpo'd Ash tree that is the subject of this application, stands in the rear grounds of Gidea Lodge 220a Main Road, this Ash tree backs on to the rear of 8 Crossways. It is identified as being part of group G1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 18/82, can be overall crown reduced by up to 2m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced. Gidea Lodge is also situated within the Gidea Park Conservation and the remaining trees that are on the schedule for pruning can be pruned as requested. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
