1.It is recommended that these tree's on the plan of Havering's TPO 5/84, can be crown reduced as follows to leave the crowns balanced. T43 (Oak), can have the epicormic growth removed to the base of the crown and overall crown reduced by up to 1.5m to previous pruning points, reducing the overhang to the property and crown thinned 10%. T44 (Horse Chestnut), can have the epicormic growth removed to the base of the crown and overall crown reduced by up to 1.5m to previous pruning points. T45 (Oak), can have the epicormic growth removed to the base of the crown and overall crown reduced by up to 1.5m to previous pruning points.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
3.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
