| 1. | It is recommended that this Laurel, which stands to the to the rear of 34 Hyde Close, and is identified as being part of various species specified by reference Area A2 on the plan of Havering's TPO 32/04, can be felled as close to the ground level as possible and treated with glyphosate to prevent regrowth. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
