| 1. | It is recommended that this conifer tree that is the subject of this application, and stands to the right hand side in the rear garden of 2 Freeman Way. It is identified as been part of the group of trees G1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 10/97, running along the rear fence backing on to 3 Freeman Way can be felled. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
| 3. | Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the tree for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the tree. |
