1.To fell Lime tree on flank of detached garage.
2.This lime tree adds amenity value to the local area.
3.It is recommended that this Lime tree T67 as shown on the Havering TPO 22/88 can be pollard to create a boll at the point of attachment of the seasonal growth.
4.This lime tree can be pollard, on a annual or bi-annual basis, the growth may only be removed once during the growing season. If the pollarding lapses beyond a bi-annual regime permission for tree works will have to be applied for. With pollarding on a annual or bi-annual basis work can be completed without obtaining permission to carry out the works, as this is regular maintenance work.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
7.Please note that if the work for which consent is granted is not carried out within 2 years of the date of this letter, it will be necessary to submit a fresh application if it is intended to implement the work.
