1.Side front 139-141 G2 2 Silver Birch Reduce by 3 M approx and shape T6 Poplar Tree situated on railway side, reduce overhanging branches to clear roof Block 137-115 G7 2 Cherry Trees Reduce in size and shape by 3 M, lift to clear block 103-113 Block 103-113 H8 Hedge Cut to the height of barbed wire to clear G9 4 Ornamental Pear Reduce in size by 2-3 M approx, cut back to clear building and shape G10 2 Cherry, 1 Laurel Reduce by 3 M, cut back to clear building by 2 M T11 Sorbus Dead tree, fell T12 Poplar Re-pollard T13 Acer Reduce by 3M and shape, close to building
2.The trees and works above are not listed on the Havering TPO 2/89 and therefore there is no need to gain permission to carry out these works.
3.It is recommended that the following trees identified on the submitted plan and identified on the Havering TPO2/89 identified as area A3 can be pruned as below. G1 Cherry, Ash Self-sown saplings, fell and poison T2 Mature Oak Reduce back to previous pruning points 3 M approx and shape, remove deadwood G3 Beech, Oak Reduce back to previous pruning points approx 3 M, shape and remove deadwood G4 Mixed Cherry Cut overhang to clear lawned area T14 Ash Cut back to clear building 3 Meters T15 Sorbus Dead, fell and grind out stumps
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
6.Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the trees for which consent to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the trees.
