| 3. | That the Horse chestnut tree which consent for removal is granted shall be replaced by one of the following species,
Silver Birch.
Tulip Tree.
Norway Maple
Lime
This should be a heavy-standard container grown, 12-14 cm girth, within 2m of the original location to replace the felled Horse Chestnut and to be completed within the first available planting season (November to March).
THE APPLICANT SHALL NOTIFY THE LOCAL PLANNING AUTHORITY IN WRITING WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE PLANTING BEING CARRIED OUT, SO THAT THE REPLACEMENT TREE CAN BE INSPECTED.
