| 1. | It is recommended that the two Sycamores identified on the Havering TPO as trees T2 & T3 can be be pruned.
T2 feathering tree to remove basal and epicormic growth up to 4m, crown lift 4m over driveway and footpaths, crown lift 5.5 m over carriageway. Crown thin up to 10% and overall crown reduce by up to 2m to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced to including reducing any over extend limb growing into road.
T3 feathering tree to remove basal and epicormic growth up to 4m, crown lift 4m and thin by up to 10%. Overall crown reduction by up to 2.5m to previous pruning cuts leaving a 2m clearance to the property. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.
Reason:
To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
Reason:
To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity. |
| 4. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent.
Reason:
To prevent the accumulation of consents. |
