1.It is recommended that this Ash tree T2 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 14/74 can be crown reduced by no more than 3m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced. The two branches one growing towards the property and across the frontage can be reduced by up to 50% so as the balance of the tree is maintained.
2.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
3.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
4.The Sycamore tree T1 of TPO 14/74 has died and notification has being received that is intended to fell as it is a potential danger to the public. Having considered the particular circumstances of the case and the position of the tree for which intention to fell has been granted the Council has decided that it will not be necessary to replace the tree.
