| 2. | The two Ash tree's T1 and T3 of TPO 14/90 have been inspected by the Council's Arboricultural Officer, who is of the opinion that the proposed works do not justify their removal.
There is no visual evidence that these two trees have ever being reduced,T1 Ash tree has large amounts of variegated ivy that could be severed, which would facilitate light to the flats and a reduction and crown lifting and reduction of growth towards the properties would negate removal of these two trees. |
| 3. | The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above trees you will need to obtain our further consent. |
