1.Removing any dead wood from the group of Oak trees group G1 of TPO 31/72.
2.Where there is dead wood with in the canopy of the tree, there is no requirement to gain permission to remove this, but this is covered as a notification that work is intended to remove dead wood from the four Oak trees.
3.It is recommended that the Oak tree nearest the rear of the property, 76 Nelmes Crescent of the group G1 as shown on the Havering TPO plan 31/72 can have the lowest branch removed, and the next branch up having the branch removed at its main junction, so as to reduce the branch growing towards the property.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
6.It is suggested that you engage the services of a qualified and fully insured tree surgeon to carry out the above work on your behalf (you should ask to see the contractor's insurance certificate and make sure that it is up to date).
7.The applicant is advised that if you wish to carry out further works to the above trees you will need to obtain our further consent.
