| 1. | It is recommended that this Robinia (False Acacia) tree that is part of the group G1 on the plan of Havering's TPO 4/68 can be crown reduced by up 2m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break (to pervious pruning points) so as to leave the tree balanced. |
| 2. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010.

To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice. |
| 3. | The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced.
