2.The cutting back of overhanging branches on shrubs and bushes that overhang neighbouring property at Queenside Mews are not listed as part of the TPO's on Draper Court, therefore there is no requirement to gain permission prune to remove this overhang.
3.It is recommended that these group of Robinia tree's shown as group G1on the Havering TPO4/68 plan, can be crown reduced by up to 2m from the tip to an inter-nodal branch break to leave the tree balanced, to previous pruning points and the overhang to Draper Court reduced to leave at least 3m clearance from the building.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
