1.The Horse Chestnut as shown as T6 may not be felled.
2.No supporting evidence that the Horse Chestnut tree as shown as T6 on the Havering TPO plan 18/87, is dying.
3.It is recommended that the group of sycamores as shown on the TPO plan 18/87 as area A1 can be overall crown reduced by up to 2m.
4.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out to the standards detailed in British Standard Document BS 3998:2010. Reason: To ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with good arboricultural practice.
5.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out as an overall reduction, so that the tree's crown remains balanced. Reason: To ensure that the tree's stability is maintained and in the interests of public amenity.
6.The work for which consent is granted shall be carried out within 2 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To prevent the accumulation of consents.
7.For permission to be granted to fell Horse Chestnut T6 on Haverings TPO 18/87 an Arboricultural survey will need to be submitted, including evidence support this, with reports obtained through the use of decay detection equipment.
