| 1. | The Council consider that the impact of the proposed development would unacceptably harm the amenity of No. 149 Highfield Road, Romford by reason of loss of light, outlook and overbearing effect on this property. |
| 2. | The proposal would not be permitted development as the proposed rear extension would extend beyond the side wall of the original dwelling and would be more than half the width of the original dwelling. As a result, the proposal would fail to comply with Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 and therefore an application for planning permission would therefore be required. |
