1. | The Council consider that the impact of the proposed development would unacceptably harm the amenity of No. 45 Southern Way, Romford by reason of loss of light, outlook and overbearing effect on this property. |
2. | The proposal would not comply with the criteria as outlined under Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 as the proposal would connect to an existing single storey rear extension that connects to an existing two storey side extension, the cumulative width of the extensions would equate to more than half the width of the dwelling house and therefore fail to comply with permitted development guidelines. |
