| 1. | The proposal would not be permitted development as the proposed extension is attached to a 2 storey rear extension. So the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse would have more than one storey and extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse. Further the total enlargement includes single storey rear extensions making the total extensions more than 6m in depth. |
| 2. | The Local Authority is permitted to refuse an application if the proposal is in breach of Condition A.4 of Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. |
