| 1. | The Council consider that the proposal would not be of an acceptable scale and would appear overly dominant when viewed from the rear garden environment and would unacceptably harm the amenity of the adjoining attached neighbour at no. 16 Rayburn Road, by reason of an unneighbourly sense of enclosure, overbearing development, overshadowing and loss of access to sunlight/daylight. |
