1.The Council consider that the proposed development would not comply with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015. Specifically: 1. The total enlargement of extensions to the host dwelling would extend beyond the rear wall of the original dwellinghouse by more than 3 metres and be more than single storey thereby exceeding the limits set out in sub-paragraph (ja) of Class A. 2. The total enlargement of extensions to the host dwelling would be within 2 metres of the boundary of the curtilage of the dwellinghouse, and the height of the eaves of the enlarged part would exceed 3 metres and be more than single storey, thereby exceeding the limits set out in sub-paragraph (ja) of Class A.
